On November 27, 2025, during the preliminary hearing, the Criminal Court of General Jurisdiction of Yerevan examined the issue of the preventive measure applied to A.V., the client of our office’s attorneys Arsen Sardaryan and Edgar Ayvazyan, who is accused of committing serious and medium-gravity crimes. The court decided to lift the detention and to apply bail and a restriction on leaving as preventive measures.
