The Compulsory Enforcement Service of the Ministry of Justice of the Republic of Armenia had refused to lift the restrictions imposed on the property jointly owned by our client, H.P. As a result, the other co-owner filed a claim with the Administrative Court of the Republic of Armenia, seeking to oblige the Compulsory Enforcement Service to terminate the enforcement proceedings. Within the framework of this case, H.P. was involved as a third party, and his interests before the court were represented by our law firm’s attorneys, Arsen Sardaryan and Edgar Ayvazyan.

After examining the submitted claim, the Administrative Court of the Republic of Armenia fully upheld it by the judgment delivered on November 25, 2025, and obliged the Compulsory Enforcement Service to remove the imposed restrictions (Administrative Case No. VD/5071/05/23).

We express our gratitude to Judge Ani Harutyunyan for conducting an exemplary judicial process and issuing a fair judicial act.
