Thanks to the skillful efforts of our lawyers Tatevik Malkhasyan and Edgar Ayvazyan, on February 19, 2024, the Administrative Court of the Republic of Armenia satisfied the claim of our client Radio Van LLC. As a result, the court invalidated the decision of the Television and Radio Commission dated April 26, 2023 No. 30-A.
