A resident of Kotayk Province had filed a lawsuit against our client, E.T., demanding recognition of ownership based on acquisitive prescription. Our office’s attorney, Edgar Ayvazyan, who represents E.T., filed a counterclaim requesting the eviction of the individuals who had unlawfully seized our client’s land plot.

An employer has been sentenced to 10 years of imprisonment for beating an employee and is also required to compensate for the damage caused to the employee.

The Compulsory Enforcement Service of the Ministry of Justice of the Republic of Armenia had refused to lift the restrictions imposed on the property jointly owned by our client, H.P. As a result, the other co-owner filed a claim with the Administrative Court of the Republic of Armenia, seeking to oblige the Compulsory Enforcement Service to terminate the enforcement proceedings. Within the framework of this case, H.P. was involved as a third party, and his interests before the court were represented by our law firm’s attorneys, Arsen Sardaryan and Edgar Ayvazyan.

On May 24, 2024, we reported the termination of the criminal prosecution against our client A.Gh. on the basis of acquittal.

On November 27, 2025, during the preliminary hearing, the Criminal Court of General Jurisdiction of Yerevan examined the issue of the preventive measure applied to A.V., the client of our office’s attorneys Arsen Sardaryan and Edgar Ayvazyan, who is accused of committing serious and medium-gravity crimes. The court decided to lift the detention and to apply bail and a restriction on leaving as preventive measures.

On April 25, 2024, a lawsuit was filed on behalf of G.P., the client of LSA Company (attorney: Arpine Gevorgyan), with the Court of General Jurisdiction of the First Instance of Yerevan, against a development company. The claim was submitted for the recovery of a monetary amount due to the delay in handing over the apartment of our company's client, G.P.
