Victory Against the Compulsory Enforcement Service
The Compulsory Enforcement Service of the Ministry of Justice of the Republic of Armenia had refused to lift the restrictions imposed on the property jointly owned by our client, H.P. As a result, the other co-owner filed a claim with the Administrative Court of the Republic of Armenia, seeking to oblige the Compulsory Enforcement Service to terminate the enforcement proceedings. Within the framework of this case, H.P. was involved as a third party, and his interests before the court were represented by our law firm’s attorneys, Arsen Sardaryan and Edgar Ayvazyan.

Release from detention at the stage of preliminary court hearings
On November 27, 2025, during the preliminary hearing, the Criminal Court of General Jurisdiction of Yerevan examined the issue of the preventive measure applied to A.V., the client of our office’s attorneys Arsen Sardaryan and Edgar Ayvazyan, who is accused of committing serious and medium-gravity crimes.
