Prosecutor’s Claim Was Dismissed

Our office has won another victory thanks to the efforts of Arsen Sardaryan and Tatevik Malkhasyan. The Court rejected the claim of the RA General Prosecutor against our principal, Gagik Sahakyan, for recovery of damages caused to the state, having found that there was insufficient evidence of guilt in causing damage in the specified amount.

After a preliminary investigation that lasted about a year, thanks to the effective defense of our lawyer Arsen Sardaryan, the public criminal prosecution against our client was terminated.
