On September 30, 2024, the trial regarding our client A.H. and two other defendants concluded in the General Jurisdiction Court of the Lori Region, presided over by our lawyers Andranik Mnatsakanyan and Arsen Sardaryan. In this criminal case, A.H. was charged under Article 469, Part 3, Point 2 of the Criminal Code of the Republic of Armenia for the serious crime of illegally crossing the state border of the Republic of Armenia by a group of individuals with prior agreement. According to the published verdict, the court did not apply the imposed penalty of imprisonment conditionally on A.H. and the other two defendants, instead establishing a probation period.
