The prosecutor’s office withdrew the claim for confiscation of illegally acquired property in court, and the civil case proceedings were terminated
In December 2023, the Illegal Asset Forfeiture Department of the RA Prosecutor General’s Office completed the process of examining the legality of the property belonging to the RA citizen R.Kh. and his family members. Based on the findings of the examination, which allegedly revealed illegally acquired property, a claim for confiscation of this property was filed with the RA Anti-Corruption Court.
