A preventive measure in the form of house arrest has been chosen against the accused. Although with difficulty, but thanks to the principled judges (Judge Suren Khachaturian) It is possible to confirm in judicial practice the statement that the preventive measure in the form of detention is an extreme measure of procedural coercion and can be applied only in the absence of alternative preventive measures.
