Our lawyer A. Mnatsakanyan secured the return of G.E.'s business computers after the prosecutor deemed the investigator's seizure unlawful.

Recently, there has been a clear intensification in the fight against crimes directed at economic activities, within which we frequently encounter cases where various economic entities use the “1-C” commercial information program, and its data becomes the subject of study within preliminary investigation.

After a lengthy investigation, criminal proceedings initiated on the basis of theft from the state on an especially large scale through fraud were terminated at the preliminary investigation stage on exculpatory grounds and our client L.S. was completely acquitted.

Our client was charged under Part 1 of Article 131 and Point 2 of Part 3 of Article 182 of the former Criminal Code of the Republic of Armenia. After a preliminary investigation that lasted about a year, thanks to the effective defense of our lawyer Arsen Sardaryan, the public criminal prosecution against our client was terminated.

Our client A.A., accused of murder under aggravating circumstances, was released from custody by decision of the court of first instance of general jurisdiction of the Kotayk region of the Republic of Armenia, and the preventive measure chosen against him in the form of detention was replaced by house arrest.

The Anti-Corruption Court of Armenia rejected the motion presented by the investigator to apply detention as a preventive measure against our client H.G., who is accused of a grave crime (particularly large-scale fraud) in the case of alleged abuse at the Arabkir Municipality.
