Thanks to the efforts of the lawyer of the LSA firm, Edgar Ayvazyan, the court ordered the competent authority, based on the message of our principal, «Haybusak» University, to initiate criminal proceedings on the fact of embezzlement of particularly large funds.

Our client A.G. was charged on 24.01.2024 with the alleged crime of helping Synergy company to be recognized as the winner of a tender through the abuse of office by high-ranking officials of the RA Ministry of Economy.
