1. General Provisions
1.1. These Delivery Terms (hereinafter referred to as the “Terms”) define the manner, timelines, and communication procedures for the provision of legal services by LSA Law Firm (hereinafter referred to as the “Company”).
1.2. As the Company provides exclusively legal services and does not engage in the sale of physical goods, the term “delivery” in these Terms refers to the process of providing services, preparing and transferring documents, and delivering legal or consulting information.
2. Method of Service Delivery
2.1. The Company provides its services in the following forms:
- In writing: through legal documents, contracts, claims, and legal opinions;
- Orally: through meetings, phone calls, or online consultations.
2.2. The method of service delivery is determined by the contract concluded between the parties or by the client’s written request.
2.3. The Company undertakes to ensure the completeness and quality of the services provided in accordance with the contract or prior agreement.
3. Service Delivery Deadlines
3.1. The timeline for performing each service is determined based on its complexity and the terms of the contract concluded between the parties.
4. Methods of Service Delivery
4.1. Legal documents and consulting materials may be delivered to the client through the following methods:
- By email (in PDF or Word format),
- In person at the Company’s office,
- Through an online platform (if applicable),
- Or by another method agreed upon in advance by the parties.
4.2. A service is considered delivered at the moment it is provided to the client, confirmed either by signature or proof of electronic transmission.
5. Client Responsibilities
5.1. The client is required to ensure accurate and timely communication to enable proper delivery of the service.
5.2. If the client fails to provide the necessary information or documents on time, the Company may postpone the delivery of the service without any liability for such delay.
6. Amendments and Entry into Force
6.1. The Company reserves the right to modify or supplement these Delivery Terms without prior notice. The updated version will be published on the Company’s official website and takes effect from the date of publication.
6.2. Continued use of the services is considered as acknowledgment and acceptance of the revised Terms by the client.
