The Court of Cassation Rejected the Cassation Appeal of the RA Prosecutor General A. Davtyan Against Our Client. LSA Won Another Victory, This Time by Decision of the Court of Cassation by Decision No. 48/10.06.2021

Thanks to lawyers Arsen Sardaryan and Gayane Papoyan, the Court of Cassation upheld the Court of Appeal's decision, rejecting the RA Prosecutor General's complaint.

On 11.10.2024, thanks to our lawyer A. Mnatsakanyan's defense, accused B.B. faced alternative measures in an Anti-Corruption Committee case on bribery charges.

On October 7, 2024, the Criminal Court of Yerevan rejected the motion to extend detention for our client, Sh.K., accused of crossing Armenia's border with forged documents.
