The court decided to evict the individuals who were unlawfully occupying our client’s land plot

A resident of Kotayk Province had filed a lawsuit against our client, E.T., demanding recognition of ownership based on acquisitive prescription. Our office’s attorney, Edgar Ayvazyan, who represents E.T., filed a counterclaim requesting the eviction of the individuals who had unlawfully seized our client’s land plot.
After examining the submitted claims, the Court of General Jurisdiction of First Instance of Kotayk Province, by a judgment issued on November 4, 2025, rejected the claim filed against our client and simultaneously ordered the eviction of the individuals unlawfully possessing the land plot (civil case No. KD/0313/02/24).
