On April 30, 2025, during the preliminary hearing, the Criminal Court of First Instance of Yerevan lifted the house arrest imposed as a preventive measure on A.P., a client of our office’s attorney Edgar Ayvazyan, who is accused of committing a grave crime (Article 393, Part 1 of the Criminal Code of the Republic of Armenia), and replaced it with a more lenient measure — administrative supervision.
