The Prosecutor’s Office of Ararat Province filed a claim with the Administrative Court of the Republic of Armenia requesting invalidation of the state registration of ownership rights over a land plot acquired by auction by E.T., a client of LSA Law Firm.
While representing E.T.’s interests before the court, LSA attorney Edgar Ayvazyan, through relevant legal arguments and supporting evidence, established that the Prosecutor’s Office had missed the statutory deadlines for filing both an action for challenging the decision and an action for recognition.
It is noteworthy that when accepting the statement of claim for proceedings, the Court had initially considered the reasons for missing the deadline to be justified. However, based on newly submitted evidence and legal arguments, by its decision dated June 18, 2026, the Administrative Court of the Republic of Armenia agreed with the arguments presented by our side and terminated the proceedings in the administrative case /Administrative Case No. ՎԴ/14392/05/25/.
Thus, the Court applied the limitation period, resulting in the termination of further examination of the Prosecutor’s claims and ensuring the protection of our client’s property rights.
This case demonstrates the importance of timely legal analysis, proper procedural defense, and effective representation in administrative disputes and property rights cases.
