On November 30, 2023, the ‘LSA’ law office recorded another success. According to the second part of Article 104 of the Criminal Code of the Republic of Armenia, our client H.S., who has been accused of a particularly serious crime and has been in detention for a long time, was granted a combination of preventive measures by the court’s decision, including house arrest, bail, and a guarantor. Thus, he has been released from detention. We thank Judge Manvel Shahverdyan for issuing an objective and fair judicial act.
