The Prosecutor General’s Office of the Republic of Armenia filed a claim with the Administrative Court seeking to invalidate a community council decision concerning the auction of a land plot acquired by our client, M.M.

Representing M.M. in the administrative case, attorney Edgar Ayvazyan demonstrated that there were no legal grounds for declaring the disputed administrative act invalid. The defense presented both factual and legal arguments supporting the lawfulness of the challenged decision.

In its judgment dated April 9, 2026, the Administrative Court of Armenia agreed with the arguments presented by the defense and fully dismissed the claim filed by the Prosecutor General’s Office (Administrative Case No. VD/9417/05/24, see https://datalex.am:443/?app=AppCaseSearch&case_id=38562071810003550).

This judicial decision highlights the importance of objective judicial review and adherence to the rule of law in administrative proceedings.

We thank Judge Tigran Santrosyan for ensuring fair adversarial proceedings and issuing a reasoned judicial decision.
