Victory over the administrative body. The Cadastre Committee was wrong

After lengthy legal disputes, the Appeal Administrative Court of RA finally satisfied our complaint and recorded the violation of the rights of people living next door to the land plot as a result of incorrect state registration of the right of property. The rights put forward by the cadastral authority must be considered by the court and they have the right to challenge this registration, regardless of whether the restrictions provided for in Article 60 of the RA Land Code are applicable to this land plot or not.
