In Relation to Our Client B.B., Who Is Accused of Committing Serious Crimes, a Combination of Alternative Preventive Measures Was Applied.

In the criminal case initiated by the Anti-Corruption Committee of the Republic of Armenia, Andranik Mnatsakanyan, a lawyer from our firm, represented the client B.B., who on October 11, 2024, was charged with three counts of serious crimes under point 3 of part 2 of Article 435 of the Criminal Code of the Republic of Armenia, as well as medium-gravity crimes under part 1 of Article 447 of the Criminal Code of the Republic of Armenia, namely: receiving a bribe by an official for patronage and failure to take measures to halt the unauthorized construction of a building or structure.
