During the court hearing held on 22 September 2026, the Criminal Court of First Instance of General Jurisdiction of the City of Yerevan replaced the detention imposed as a preventive measure against S.S., a citizen of the Republic of India and a client represented by our firm’s attorney Edgar Ayvazyan, who is accused of committing a serious crime, with alternative preventive measures: house arrest, bail, and a prohibition on leaving.
S.S. has been charged with committing an offence under Article 191, Part 2, Clauses 5 and 8 of the Criminal Code of the Republic of Armenia.
