Acquittal in the Anti-Corruption Court of the RA

The Anti-Corruption Court of the Republic of Armenia, presided over by Judge Vahe Dolmazyan, has acquitted and declared innocent the former employees of the State Competition Protection Commission V.S. and M.M., who were clients of our office’s attorney Edgar Ayvazyan and were accused of official fraud.

The LSA Law օffice scored another victory! The criminal prosecution initiated against F.G., an Iranian citizen and a client of attorneys Arsen Sardaryan and Edgar Ayvazyan, for attempting an illegal border crossing and using forged documents, has been terminated because the said crime was not committed by him.

Thanks to the efforts of the lawyer of the LSA firm, Edgar Ayvazyan, the court ordered the competent authority, based on the message of our principal, «Haybusak» University, to initiate criminal proceedings on the fact of embezzlement of particularly large funds.

Our client A.G. was charged on 24.01.2024 with the alleged crime of helping Synergy company to be recognized as the winner of a tender through the abuse of office by high-ranking officials of the RA Ministry of Economy. (Criminal case No. 58220723) Lawyers Edgar Ayvazyan and Arsen Sardaryan express their gratitude to the investigator and the supervising prosecutor for listening to their arguments and as a result, rendering a fair act by which our client A.G. was found not guilty and acquitted at the pre-trial stage.
