On 16.06.2022, the RA Administrative Court decided to deport S.A. from the RA. Our company’s advocate Tatevik Malkhasyan had filed an appeal against the said judicial act.

Due to the competent tactics of our advocates Tatevik Malkhasyan and Edgar Ayvazyan, on April 3, 2024, the Administrative Court of the Republic of Armenia satisfied the claim related to violations of the rights of our client H.N. as an employee.

Thanks to the skillful efforts of our lawyers Tatevik Malkhasyan and Edgar Ayvazyan, on February 19, 2024, the Administrative Court of the Republic of Armenia satisfied the claim of our client Radio Van LLC.

After lengthy legal disputes, the Appeal Administrative Court of RA finally satisfied our complaint and recorded the violation of the rights of people living next door to the land plot as a result of incorrect state registration of the right of property.

Thanks to the skillful efforts of Edgar Ayvazyan, at the stage of insurance compensation for damage caused by the accident, the expert’s opinion on the driver’s fault was canceled in court, and a new expert opinion declared the innocence of our client A.K., who will soon receive insurance compensation for the damage suffered.

By the efforts of the attorney of “LSA” law firm Tatevik Malkhasyan, the Administrative Court of RA in its decision dated 30.11.2023 fixed the illegitimacy of the clearly illegality actions of the border troops of National Security Service of RA against our client A.B. and his family members.
