A lawsuit was filed on October 18, 2023, by the bankruptcy administrator with the Court of General Jurisdiction of the First Instance of Aragatsotn Province (RA) against our client, T. M., demanding the invalidation of a donation transaction and the application of consequences of invalidity.

The Civil Court of First Instance of Yerevan, Republic of Armenia (Judge Samvel Babayan) rejected the lawsuit filed against our clients T.P. and A.P. seeking the recognition of ownership rights by virtue of acquisitive prescription.

Y.B., a client of "LSA" Law Firm, will receive over 71 million AMD in compensation from " VEEAM Armenia" LLC for being unlawfully dismissed from work, in accordance with the judicial act adopted and entered into force in civil case No. ED2/1514/02/24.

The Anti-Corruption Court of Armenia, having examined the claim filed by the Prosecutor General's Office of the Republic of Armenia to invalidate the auction of land plots located in the Nairi community and to apply the consequences of invalidity, decided by a ruling on April 28, 2025, to satisfy the claim only partially — rejecting it entirely with regard to the consequences. Specifically, the Court rightfully stated that despite the auction being declared invalid, our client A.T. acquired the land plot through a lawful procedure and acted in good faith. Therefore, the subsequent acquisition of this property by our client and the registration of ownership under their name cannot be deemed invalid (civil case No. ՀԿԴ/0172/02/23). One of the insurance companies operating in the Republic of Armenia filed a claim against our client, Y.S., demanding reimbursement of a paid insurance amount, based on the right of recourse. A few days after our office’s attorney, Edgar Ayvazyan, took on the representation of Y.S. and filed a motion to apply the statute of limitations, the insurance company withdrew its claim (Civil Case No. ԱՐԱԴ/0951/02/24). Thus, another victory was added to our office’s extensive and effective practice of representing individuals in cases against insurance companies.

After more than two years of court proceedings, the Civil Court of First Instance of Yerevan (Judge: Alfred Vardanyan), in Civil Case No. ED/3181/02/23, rejected the claim seeking to hold our client Aram Mikayelyan liable for defamation and insult.
