On April 25, 2024, a lawsuit was filed on behalf of G.P., the client of LSA Company (attorney: Arpine Gevorgyan), with the Court of General Jurisdiction of the First Instance of Yerevan, against a development company. The claim was submitted for the recovery of a monetary amount due to the delay in handing over the apartment of our company’s client, G.P.
On November 04, 2025, the court satisfied the lawsuit we filed. As a result, the developer will pay our client more than 22 million AMD for the delays in handing over G.P.’s apartment. (See case file No. ED2/3230/02/24)
