Another Victory Was Registered for the “LSA” Law Firm, as the Election of the Rector of the “National Polytechnic University of Armenia” Foundation Was Confirmed to Be Illegal

Thanks to the competent and meticulous work of lawyers Tatevik Malkhasyan and Arsen Sardaryan, the RA Civil Court of Appeals declared null and void the results of the rector’s election of the “National Polytechnic University of Armenia” foundation, which took place on March 1, 2021 (second round on March 15). As a consequence, the court also invalidated RA Government Decision No. 703-A of May 3, 2021, which had confirmed the election results of the rector of the “National Polytechnic University of Armenia” foundation.
