The Unified Social Service had refused to grant the military pension for long-term service to three of our office’s clients, effectively disregarding a significant portion of their work experience. As a result of the arguments presented by our office’s lawyers, Tatevik Malkhasyan and Edgar Ayvazyan, the Administrative Court of the Republic of Armenia stated that the Unified Social Service had misinterpreted the legal regulations, and therefore ordered it to grant our clients the pensions they are entitled to (Administrative cases No. ՎԴ5/0636/05/24, ՎԴ5/0637/05/24, ՎԴ5/0639/05/24).
