After nearly six months of criminal proceedings, A.M., a client of the “LSA” law office, was charged with Article 46-445, Part 2 (assistance in document forgery) and Article 255, Part 2, Point 2 of the RA Criminal Code. (fraud using official powers) criminal prosecution was terminated on the basis of acquittal, and the decision on suspension of office was abolished.
