Within the framework of criminal proceedings being investigated by the Anti-Corruption Committee of the Republic of Armenia, G.G., a client represented by our firm’s attorney Andranik Mnatsakanyan, was detained and subjected to public criminal prosecution on suspicion of committing an offence envisaged by Article 436, Part 2, Clause 3 of the Criminal Code of the Republic of Armenia (giving a bribe in exchange for unlawful inaction).
As a result of the properly selected defence strategy, our client was released from detention, and a prohibition on absence was imposed on him as a preventive measure.
